What we collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image so we can create and secure your workspace.

Service data: the domains, prompt panels and reports you submit, plus the analytics and Search Console access you grant us during onboarding.

Usage data: standard server logs, device information and aggregated analytics about how the website is used.

How we use it

To deliver the managed answer engine optimization services you request, including prompt-panel measurement, reporting and content production.

To operate, secure and improve the website and our internal tooling.

To send service messages such as report delivery, security notices and billing receipts.

Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving our services, and to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, we ask for it explicitly and you can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database providers, payment processing through Stripe, and analytics tooling. We do not sell personal data.

Google account data received through Google sign-in is used solely for authentication and account identification.

Retention

Account and engagement data are retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and audit requirements. Prompt-panel and report data are deleted on request at the end of an engagement.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only set where enabled and are used in aggregate.
