Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of aiseoagency.lol and any managed service engagement with AI SEO Agency. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you accept them.

Accounts

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google identity secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.

Plans, fees and billing

Plan prices are published on the pricing page and billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Growth and enterprise plans carry an initial ninety-day commitment; after that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Taxes are added where applicable. Failed payments may result in suspension of the service until the balance is settled.

What we commit to

We commit to the measurement system and the shipping cadence described in the plan, and to the ninety-day share-of-answer target agreed for the prompt clusters in scope. Where a target is missed we continue the work at no additional fee until it is met.

We cannot guarantee a specific ranking, a specific model output, or inclusion in any individual generated answer, because retrieval and generation systems change outside our control.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to analytics, Search Console and any systems needed for deployment, to nominate a technical contact, and to ensure that the claims, data and case results you supply are accurate. You retain ownership of your brand, content and data.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for use in your own marketing once the applicable fees are paid. Our underlying methodology, tooling, templates and reporting systems remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information received from the other confidential, use it only to perform the engagement, and protect it with reasonable care. Prompt panels, performance data and reports are treated as your confidential information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice at the end of a billing period. Access credentials are revoked at offboarding and, on request, engagement data is deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to legal@aiseoagency.lol.
